Commercial Sample Library

AMRI’s Commercial Sample Library contains 124,560 drug-like compounds selected from a database of 2.5 million unique, commercially available chemical structures.

AMRI’s selection process included:

• Filtering compounds by first selecting for drug-like and predicted ADME characteristics and then for chemical diversity utilizing novel median partitioning algorithm
• Rigorous analysis for purity and correct structural assignment using LC-MS and, where necessary, NMR, and finally
• Hand-selecting a set of 10,000 compounds for optimum lead seeking and drug-like properties
