Libraries

AMRI has created a series of unique, high purity, cost effective, small molecule synthetic compound libraries designed for screening and hit-to-lead programs, and is uniquely positioned to fully support active hits from any of these libraries with lead optimization services, analytical services, custom synthesis and/or small or large scale manufacturing.

AMRI’s libraries include:

• Natural Product Libraries - include nearly 300,000 samples derived from marine and terrestrial microorganisms and plants
  
  
• Discovery Libraries - include over 300,000 compounds and 250 different core structures
  
  
• Commercial Sample Library (CSL) - includes 124,560 drug-like compounds selected from a database of 2.5 million unique, commercially available chemical structures
  
  
• Diverse AMRI Sample Library (DASL)  - include 110,000 samples, representative of over 420,000 compounds existing currently in AMRI’s Discovery and CS libraries)
