Brian D. Russell joined AMRI in March of 2002. Brian came to Albany Molecular with over 21 years of human resources generalist experience at the operations and corporate levels. Brian obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from Providence College, and holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from St. Francis University in Pennsylvania. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with Sysco, Nestle, Stella Foods and General Electric. Most recently, Brian was director of human resources for Snap-On Inc.'s Worldwide Diagnostics Group.

At AMRI, Brian is responsible for leading the human resources and environmental, health and safety (EHS) teams in their initiatives to support the corporation. This includes staffing, organizational development and change, benefits, compensation, employee relations and all aspects of EHS.
