AMRI Rensselaer

AMRI's Rensselaer facility is located in New York State (U.S.A.) and provides contract cGMP manufacturing of bulk active pharmaceuticals and advanced intermediates, as well as process development and scale-up.
The site has manufactured ethical and over-the-counter drugs for more than 100 years.  It was the primary bulk manufacturing site and center of manufacturing for Sterling Drug (later Kodak), when the plant was sold to Nycomed and modernized.

Over the last several years, AMRI invested approximately $20 million in additional plant improvements, including the addition of special suites to handle highly potent and cytotoxic materials.
